Submission To Royal Commission ADF Suicides

My first post along personal one.

To whom it may concern, 

Introduction   

My name is Craig Sutherland Terms I attained the rank of ESO4 the second lowest rank in the Australian Regular Army. My initial position was as an Operator Artillery Meteorology and Survey, I was posted to 131 STA BTY, I enjoyed my time in Royal Australian Artillery, I became extremely physically and mentally strong, I was AIRN compliant, and I was deployed on Operation Relex 2. I Corp transferred to Medics (RAAMC) as I had the desire to be a Laboratory Technician in Pathology. When I was recruited, Lab Tech was the first job I enquired about, the Infantry Corporal told me, "No such thing as a Lab Tech in the Army!". My time in the Army had taught me that other Soldiers encountered similar scenarios at recruitment, same story just different jobs. You see they have a quota. I let go of that incident a long time ago, quit minor compared with what I'm going to divulge in this submission. 

The reason I joined the armed forces, it's a traditional role for my family to do so. I've a colourful family when it comes to armed services on my paternal side, from Military, Mercenary, Policeman, Border Force and Intelligence. My Great Granddad served in WW1 and WW2 with the British Army and Navy. My Grand Aunt Janet served in the US OSS in WW2 and latter CIA from inception to the early 1980's. My Granddad served in 3 military conflicts and was a Western Australian Policeman. My Dad served as an Army reservist in 10th Light Horse, and latter NORFORCE and was a Western Australian Policeman. My Aunty Fiona still serves in Border Force. I estimate my paternal family alone has spent 132 years collectively in various Armed service roles, with this collective knowledge comes a certain amount of wisdom, which I'm grateful to have access to. My father would be calling me a "Professional subject matter expert.". 

Mefloquine Incident the cover up of 25th/49th Royal Queensland Regiment, this is the Ghost 100 not the 100 Dose Loading that is already known. 

This is where my story starts to get really upsetting, it's why I'm here, the dead follow me, so I have to be their voice, in particular a Ghost Regiment 25th/49th Royal Queensland Regiment, 100 men and a few Medics who were attached to them. 50 men were Australian Reserve Infantrymen, and the other 50 men were Australian Regular Army Infantrymen. The purpose of such a Regiment at the time was to give the ARA boys more rest between rotations. I believe unfortunately these men were the dosage finding group for the loading dose, all these men where well and truly overdosed on Mefloquine, I know so, as I looked after quite a few of them, the shameful and disgraceful medical malpractice they received to cover up the Malaria Institutes, Mefloquine incident. 

My good friend Private Dylann Kirby was an Australian Reservist Infantry Soldier of 25th/49th RQR, he told me many shocking things, which happened on their deployment in East Timor if memory serves me correctly in 2002, and he was telling the truth. For his honesty and bravery, he was abused psychiatrically and gaslighted, by the very people who were meant to heal and protect him. 

One of the first things Private Dylann Kirby told me, when he finally trusted me and opened up about East Timor, was the nightmare pills Mefloquine, and the fact he and all his mates felt forced to take them or they would miss out on a trip to East Timor. He didn't tell me his bosses name on parade, they were told something to the effect, "We have a new anti-malaria drug, it's a voluntary drug trail, but if you don't volunteer, you won't be deployed to East Timor.". That is called coercion  . All you liars have sinned from mistreating your own men and women, and you disrespect the living and the dead to this very day, just to cover all your own unblemished reputational arses. God will not look kindly on you for your next lives. 

Private Dylann Kirby and his best mate unfortunately I don't know his name, on return form East Timor, they both signed up to become full time ARA Medics. Private Dylann Kirby was posted to 2HSB, and his best mate was posted to 1HSB after the completion of their Medic course. The hierarchy at 1HSB did to Dylann's mate exactly the same thing they did to Private Dylann Kirby, no wonder they were best mates they both liked telling the truth. Private Dylann Kirby told me his best mate at 1HSB was admitted to the mental health ward for the same reason he was. This is the most shocking thing that Private Dylann Kirby told me "Three Sergeants in country blew their brains out! The Army covered it up.". Not only that there was a Corporal Medic I can't remember her name, but I should, because I remember one day, she made me blush. She was complaining about the Mefloquine just as Private Dylann Kirby, the Corporal  Medic was also a victim of the Mefloquine, she served as a Medic in East Timor she gave out all those nightmare poison pills, attached to an Infantry Regiment, I don't know which one though. As far as I know Private Dylann Kirby spent 18 months in the Mental Health ward and the Corporal was in there for 6 months. Then I medically discharged. 

Private Dylann Kirby would always point out his mates form 25th/49th RQR, who were going through the ringer of 2HSB being medically discharged, all 50 of them bar 2 for psychological reasons. I looked after quite a few of these men, half a dozen or more. I would always without a doubt have to escort these patients to a psychiatry  appointment with Dr John Chalk. Dr John Chalk did all the psychiatry reports on those men for a reason, he was writing diagnosis as directed from the Administrators of 2HSB. Again, whilst walking the halls of 2HSB I had overheard the administrators give out diagnoses from psychiatry to orthopaedic. It's an illegal practice as those specialist reports are meant to be unbiased. Dr John Chalk sinned, and had a guilty conscious, which is why he died, by suicide a few years later, because he knew I knew, and I got away. He was my psychiatrist too; I will tell you about that latter. 

Let it be noted none of these men from 25th/49th RQR received any compensation, they were all cut loose to the wind, I dare anyone to find just one of these men Alive today. I will give you our families house if you can. 

Cover up of two Liver Cancer patients from 25th/49th RQR from Mefloquine overdoses. 

Dr Michael Naughton was still a part time serving member, at the time he was the second oldest serving member in the ADF at the ripe age of 73 years old, he was also a Vietnam War Veteran, he served over there as Army Doctor. In 2005 Dr Naughton approached me and he said, "Private Terms I heard you are doing your own DVA claims, so you're good at searching through UMR's?", I replied "Yes, Sir I've done my own claims.", then Dr Naughton said "Good, I have organized for you to work for me in rehabilitation, to help me with a medical discharge, I have their UMR and I need you to look for any drugs this man had whilst he was deployed to East Timor.". Dr Naughton handed me the UMR, and said, "Come and see me when you are done.". I said, "No worries, Sir.". 

So I had gone to work on this UMR(Unit Medical Record) immediately and it had been pilfered, there was no vaccination card, there were no pre-deployment physical medicals or pre-bloods for East Timor, there were no medical records of East Timor, there were no post deployment physical medicals for East Timor, there were no post disaster bloods taken for East Timor. I knew this Soldier had died of liver cancer. 2HSB had two Soldiers die of Liver cancer 6 weeks apart from each other. This Soldier was the second man to have died. They both had been deployed to East Timor with 25th/49th Royal Queensland Regiment, and Private Dylann Kirby knew them as he had proudly served with them in East Timor. 

So, I immediately went back to Dr Naughton, told him my findings, I suggested I get the UMR from the man who had died 6 weeks before hand, and that I would order both their CMR’s (Canberra Medical Record). A week or two latter the CMR's arrived. I had all four medical folders opened in front of me, the pilfering I described above was identical. I was horrified, I had discovered a clear and cut case of Medicolegal Fraud. Being they lied and medically discharged them as dying from natural causes of liver cancer, something to that affect. I would include Medicolegal Manslaughter, being they deliberately boxed and covered it all up, I would also add conspiracy to prevent and pervert the course of justice. I’d put class 2 Murder for all these bastards lying to the senate inquiry for the use of Quinoline Anti-Malaria Drugs Mefloquine and Tafenoquine in the Australian Defence Force. I wonder if they are all Freemasons. They do not dob in their brothers. In the Army you don't get above the rank of LTCol unless you are a Freemason. 

So, I took my findings back to Dr Naughton, I said "Sir this is a clear and cut case of Medicolegal Fraud!". I explained how it had been pilfered. Dr Naughton and I were in his office, sitting next to each other, he looked me in the face, I could see the tears forming in his eyes, he said to me "If it's not documented in the medical files, it never happened.". That is when my heart broke, I knew what was happening at 2HSB and it was wrong. Then Dr Naughton put the medical discharge in front of me to sign off on the Medic part of the paperwork, and I signed it as I knew someone else would anyway.   

After that I went straight to my Admin officer, she was a green horn LT, I told her what happened, and that I knew of 25th/49th RQR, she said, "You're not supposed to know about that!". She said it in such a tone and way, that it was above my paygrade, yet she looked absolutely terrified,   that I knew. She stormed off to get away from me, and never got back to me about it. She did me a solid though, she didn't dob me in for knowing. So, no one would help me, I was all alone, in wanting to expose the corruption. 

I'm so sorry I can't remember those two men's names; I feel so much shame. They died a slow and painful death over a 3-year period, a horrible death you wouldn't wish on anyone. Both their wives had to endure that pain and keep the memories of it, one had 2 children and the other had 3 children. I remember them coming into 2HSB with them, multiple times. They lied about them dying of liver cancer naturally. Even more shocking, none of the fifty men received any help to get compensation from DVA, no compensation, no medical help paid for by DVA. Those wives should have had Gold Cards. They were cut to the wind let go to die on their own by SUICIDE. I know in my heart of hearts those one hundred men are all dead or on a missing persons list. It's so shameful and disgraceful. The pretender leaders lie to protect their own unblemished reputations. My own WO2 in charge of me explained his morality like this when I asked him "Why did you join the Army Sir?", he replied “I do what I do, to protect the ARMY." Well Sir you're a FUCK HEAD. 

Everyone knew the lies the cover up and they all stayed quiet. 

This is when my heart broke twice, I won't mention him by name as he was a really good friend of mine, let’s call him Joe. I bumped into Joe for the last time just outside 2HSB, he said to me in a consoling way, "Termsy everyone knows.", I said, "What even the civies?", Joe said "Yes even the civies.". I said, "So why won't anyone stand up with me?", and Joe said, "Everyone just wants to move on, and no one wants something like this on their CV.". I had a look of disgust on my face, Joe then said, "Look I use to be posted to 25th/49th RQR and I went down to see the boys yesterday, they told me they were boxing the regiment up and sending it all to Canberra.". So, from this point on I knew the cover up was on, and was not going to be stopped, I turned around and walked away from my old friend. 

Thing is I knew everybody knew what was happening 30 minutes after the first false diagnosis came in for the first liver cancer patient. I'm just talented at pretending to be dumb, it's like a self-defence mechanism against predators. 

So, if any 2HSB members and civies from that time, if you've read this, I implore you to please come forward. With repentance comes forgiveness and maybe redemption. 

Suicide of Dr John Chalk, He died of a guilty conscious. 

I'll tell you how I found out my so-called Army psychiatrist died. Two years after I was out, I told my GP Irene Franandes my story during an appointment, I asked her "Is there anything you can do to help them?". Any way 2 weeks later, on my next appointment, I walk in, and Dr Franandes is intensely looking at her computer screen, I sit down, and she says still glued to that screen, "Oh my God your psychiatrist has died!". I said, "What psychiatrist Ma'am, I don't see a psychiatrist?", Dr Franandes says, "The one from the Army.". I was shocked I knew straight away he had died of suicide. My next question, "Ma'am did you know him?", Dr Franandes said, "Yes.". My next question, "Did you ever speak to him?", Dr Franandes said, "Yes.". My next question, "Did you ever talk to him about me?", Dr Franandes was silent and glued to the screen she wouldn't look me in the eyes, then she said, "He was so young.” My next question, "How did he die ma'am?", Dr Franandes was still silent. This confirmed it for me, I knew he died of suicide. I then said to Dr Franandes, "He died of a guilty conscious.". After she got over her shock, we continued the appointment as usual. Dr Franandes will confirm this account of our conversation, it's hard to forget something like that, last time I saw her as a GP was in Childers Queensland. She is a really great GP, helped me out with my Fructose malabsorption. 

2 Health Support Battalion Medical Negligence 

I want it to be noted there are plenty of good Commissioned Officers, even at 2HSB, with what happened. So please forgive my potty mouth when I'm talking about the corrupted pretenders, who continue to hide their CRIMES. 

I will tell you how I feel about RAAMC, it's what I told my brother Michael 12 years ago, "I enjoyed Artillery, but what I saw when I was a Medic, made me wish I had of died.", I also told him "There will be a Royal Commission in the future I'll have to go to.". I'm so glad I did not die though, as I've now finally found my purpose in life, and this submission is the beginning of it. 

I've waited 18 years for this Justice to be served on these perpetrators who present themselves to the public as so-called leaders of non-commissioned officers. They're nothing but custard gutted, thin spine, lying pretenders who don't deserve the title of Soldier next to their names little alone the respective rank. That is the simple truth, after you all read this text to the end, you will all know too. 

The first major negligence I witnessed at 2HSB was by an Army Surgeon that the Ward 1 civilian nurses called "The Butcher", his name was Dr Chan. I saved 4 patients from that incompetent man, the first patient who I had convinced to get a second opinion, had 3 or 4 surgeries with Chan. With the new private Hospital surgeon, he needed another surgery, plus second microsurgery to remove all the scar tissue Mr Chan had left behind. The other 2 patients he had already operated on followed suit, after I told them someone got a second opinion. The last one was actually 2HSB's Army carpenter, he was treated really poorly by the Battalion, the higher ups were spreading rumours that he was a malinger, which is not true as I had looked after him and knew his injuries. When Chan attempted to organize an exercise to operate on the Carpenter out bush, a Pathology Captain, who is a good man was tasked to see if it would be a viable exercise, he asked me "Is it possible to do that surgery out Bush Termsy.", I said "Yes, but they can't do the post Op care as he would require 3 salt baths a day minimum, and including when he passes stools.". So, I saved the Carpenter form "The Butcher" as well, better yet the incompetent Dr didn't get to lay a hand on him. So called Dr Chan had been hiding in 2HSB for 20 years. Boy oh boy did that put a target on my back, for doing the right thing, you see I know right from wrong. The Ward 1 head Matron Registered Nurse Mary Jane Ridley will confirm what I have said about the patients and "The Butcher". Perhaps they can find the Casual Registered Nurses who worked there as well, for they all called Chan "The Butcher". 

The reason I had to advise those patients to get a second opinion above, is that all the civilian Nurses and Doctors were too scared to do so, for fear of having their jobs terminated. That makes a good breeding ground for incompetent practices. 

I'll say again 2HSB and DVA specialists were in the habit of illegally exchanging diagnosis, which creates a clear bias of treatment of patients. 

Off the Books Exercise that ended up in Unfair workers dismissal this gives rise to discovery as there is financial records to back up claim. 

I also witnessed and was gullibly unwittingly took part of a workplace unfair dismissal of a bunch of civilians. It was very strange and so wrong, never encounter anything like this in my life. A civilian nurse who was the spitting image of River Song off Dr WHO, with same British accent to boot, approached me to ask if I wanted to be  apart of an off the book exercise. The civilian nurse was nice, but I don't think she knew till she sat down at the round table talk at the end, which I was not invited to. The exercise was a question, "What are the pros and cons of mandating the influenza vaccine on every man, woman and child in Australia and do you agree or not?". So, I set out to ask a few civilians as I was quite friendly with them and a few defence personnel. I researched as well, I ended up coming out against the mandated influenza vaccine, for one key reason, what we were trained to call a heavy metal adjutant it was meant to be a trade secret, it's Aluminium in the form of Nano particle Alum very toxic in that form. It's to stimulate an immune response, unfortunately you end up with prions and Alum in the brain which has a side effect of misfolding proteins on nervous tissue, obviously neurons. Which increases the chance of developing Alzheimer's and dementia particularly as you age. Now what has happened over the last 20 years? Oh, that's right The Alzheimer's and Dementia rate has SKYROCKETED. It was I and a nice mature civilian microbiologist that worked in Pathology who had the long-term side effect con on our list. 

I ended up catching up with the River Song nurse and I asked her "How the round table talk go?", she said "They ended up not mandating it.", I asked "Why?", she said "Well it was the long term side effect that shut the whole discussion down.". Funny that. I then asked her "What side of the fence did you come down on?". She replied, "I knew which way the winds were blowing so I picked pro, because I want a promotion.". 

Then something else unusual happened about 6 weeks later, the commanding orificer heavy metal (He use to listen to Metallica in his office) loser J.P. Speirs corporately restructured 2HSB. All those civilians that were not PRO vaccine enough lost their jobs, they were never given a reason as to why, being it was claimed to be a cooperate financial restructuring. That is a lie. You can find those civilians and you can marry up the financial accounting to it at 2HSB. I felt so horrible when my friend the Microbiologist lost her job, for being honest and truthful. 

Now the only place I've seen this ideology come out is the WHO's International Health Treaty, which is an international institution, all the way back in 2005, it's identical to the militarization of our civilian hospitals under the COVID-19 protocols. If this was happening at 2HSB in 2005, it must have been a global initiative, imagine squeezing and repeating every 18 months or so, it would train the doctors and nurses to be pro vaccine for fear of losing their jobs. 

Heavy metal loser J.P. Spears you liar, that's twice I've now slapped you in the face with my stainless-steel balls. I've waited a long time to do that again. 

Do you feel it, that cold tingly electricity going up your spine, into your brain, your amygdala  making you sweat and feel cold at the same time. That is fear you traitors to your own men and women in arms are now all feeling. 

DVA Corruption and Mistreatment of Veterans 

It's an institutional problem DVA and COMSUPER via MSBS (Military Super Benefits Scheme) lost a court case to a man in Queensland over this very subject, for illegally sharing members medical information between each other and an ex-spouse of a veteran client. It's why DVA pensioners received 2 years tax free from the Australian Federal Government, a dismal back pays for the $50 billion they had underpaid over the years. Being I witnessed 2HSB doing the same thing with DVA doctors, it's obviously still a problem, as it has never been aired before. 

I would also like to mention DVA's incompetence with its providers, they knew I was on a blacklist. Yet when the providers would help me to find employment, I was always directed to apply for jobs in the local council and the public hospital. I would always be knocked back; I couldn't work out why. I started to think it was female nepotism, which really did my head in. Then I realized years latter it was the blacklist, I was banned from local, state, federal, public and private hospitals. That is why I told DVA to piss off, it was as if they were trying to make me snap. How many DVA clients have signed off on their suicide notes saying that it was because of DVA? Well, I think you know why now. They have no compassion. 

My positive THC(Cannabis) Drug Uranalysis Test 

The first time I slapped heavy metal loser J.P. Spears in the face with my stainless-steel balls, was when I returned a positive uranalysis test to THC (cannabis). My show cause went all the way up to the Chief of Army, I was also being medically discharged at the time. The Chief of Army, decided to medically discharge me instead, I believe in the hopes to keep me quiet by counter measures of other means, plus I threatened them, that I was going to take it to civilian court any way. See they value their own Officers impeccable reputation over doing the right thing. So, embarrassing these Arseholes in front of all, of Australia wasn't an option for them. Cowards you are, we all know it's two weeks on a piss test and you're OUT. 

When I got out, I was never quiet about it I tried multiple times, no one would believe me, if they did and tried to get it investigated, years later I found out, the response was, "He's an unreliable character.".  I admit it was frustrating. Thanks, heavy metal loser custard gutted ugly faced J.P. Spears without your stupidity, your rashness, and particularly your low testosterone and intellect I never would have caught you all in my web. I've been planning this for 17 years I knew the day would come, long term strategy is over decades, not 24 hours just so you can cover your own and your sleezy mates’ arses. Fuck YOU SIR I give you the respect you deserve. 

How I was put on a Blacklist which inadvertently prevented me from speaking out, and affected the chance of any sort of decent employment 

This is how heavy metal loser J.P. Spears put me on the blacklist. I had a dream and I admit I thought about it once, who wouldn't, after what I went through? My dream was so vivid I still remember it perfectly. I had my F-88, and the magazine was fully loaded, weapon cocked, safety off. I was behind a Giant Tree Fern in the outdoor building Terrarium of 2HSB, heavy metal loser J.P. Spears office window was in front of me. From the hip I let go a burst on auto, destroying the window. I jumped through the window, and at point blank range, while looking into heavy metal loser J.P. Spears in the eyes, with single shots, 1 second apart, BANG, BANG, BANG. I shot him through the heart three times. 

When I woke up from that dream, I thought I needed psychological help, as I had never dreamt or thought that way before, so I thought I did the right thing, I saw Dr M. Norman a civilian GP at 2 HSB, I told him, "I need to see a phycologist because I'm depressed.", and so he wrote me a referral to a civilian Consultant Psychologist named N.S. Detering. I didn't want to get Dr M. Norman involved, I thought he was a good man, but I was wrong, he was a psychopath, I will explain latter, it's to do with my medical discharge. 

So, I saw N.S. Detering, I told her my dream, and I said, "I don't know why I'm dreaming it for though?". I had to say that unfortunately, if I had of said anything about 25th/49th RQR, I would have ended up in the mental health ward with Private Dylann Kirby and the Corporal, that  I knew to be true. So N.S. Detering referred me to a psychiatrist Dr. John Chalk, this was not a coincidence. So, I had my appointment with Dr. John Chalk. I told him the same thing as I told N.S. Detering, except for this and I said, "I may have thought about it once, and that may be why I dreamt it?", he never answered me, he never does. I've seen three psychiatrists so far in my life, Dr. John Chalk twice, another one for MSBS once, and one in Bundaberg, he really helped me out he was a good man I saw him quite a few times. So, I know the difference between a good psychiatrist and a horrible one. Dr John Chalk was very strange, he gave no advice on how to help you mentally at all, his monotonic voice, his compassionless approach, lead me to distrust immediately. This is how my second appointment went with him for my DVA claim. I walked in I sat down, and Dr Chalk asked, "So what has been happening?". I told him about all my medical issues for about 1 hour, I didn't say anything about 25th/49th RQR I didn't want to end up in the mental health ward. The only other question Dr Chalk would ask maybe once, "What else happened?", that was it. At the end I asked, "So what do you think sir?", Dr Chalk said, "You'll read about it in my report." Strangest Dr I had ever met. He formally diagnosed me with a "Pain Disorder". A pain disorder doesn't make you lose 20Kg of weight over a 9-month period, I went from 89Kg with an 8 pack to 69Kg with an 8 pack, except you could see my ribs and spine through my skin. I don't like speaking ill of the dead, Dr Chalk was another liar. 

Now those reports on my dream with my F-88 I never got to read them, that is what my Commanding Orificer the heavy metal loser J.P. Spears used to put me on a blacklist. As you can imagine heavy metal loser J.P. Spears was jealous of my testicular fortitude, he wished he had a pair of stainless-steel balls like me. When it came back that I was to be medically discharged, every Officer in the Australian Army saw the signal order form that came down from the Chief of Army. Every Officer in the Australian Army knew heavy metal loser J.P. Spears, was piss weak at Military LAW, and got beaten the shit out of by a Private like me. 

This is the lead up to me signing my life away to the blacklist. I was on my own working in the UMR room, patiently data transferring the UMR documentation into the new PMKeys Health system. The XO opened the door without knocking, and popped his head in and said, "Private Terms the CO has sent me to ask you a question, what do you want?", I couldn't believe what he just said it disgusted me. So, I said, "I just want to be left alone Sir.". The XO then promptly left. 

So, at some stage latter could have been the next day or so, I was ordered to go and see the Commanding Orificer heavy metal loser J.P. Spears. I had two Warrant Officer Class 2 march me in front of the jealous man baby himself J.P. Spears. I stood at attention and I picked a nice line of brick mortar to stare at and the baby man himself set me, "At ease.", to my surprise baby man started talking to me normally with a little bit of an angry face and heavy metal loser J.P. Spears said, "Private Terms I want to talk to you cordially, do you know every signal Officer in the Army knows you got off your positive drug uranalysis, now if I ever hear you're down at the boozer bragging about how piss weak military law is, I'll have you in here multiple times a day for drug uranalysis testing. Do you understand what I am saying?" I broke my stare at the brick mortar line, I stared heavy metal loser J.P.Spears in the eyes and I said "Yes Sir, I understand exactly what you mean.". Then I stared back at that point of mortar. Then heavy metal loser J.P.Spears said with psychopathic dupers delight smile, "I have something for you to sign Private Terms, it just means you won't be able to reenlist in the Army at any time in the future and if you sign it I promise to leave you alone.". Now I was really sick, lost so much weight, I was spewing my guts up after I ate twice a day, I wasn't eating lunch as I didn't want to spew at work, and I had a constant yellow  Diarrhea  , and I was feeling  light headed, I just wanted to get out of there. So, I signed my life away for a second time. I was on a chit I wasn't supposed to do about turns, yet the two warrant officers beforehand told me I had to do one in front of the Commanding Orificer, so I was ordered, "About turn." I did and almost fell over and the warrant officer who was on my left, and now my right side had to gently catch me, so I didn't fall over. Heavy metal loser J.P. Spears that hurt my fucking torn up left hip your fucking stupid WANKER. Then on my way out of the room, heavy metal loser J.P. Medical Discharge with DR M Norman, how I attempted to WHISTLE BLOW and avoided being admitted to the mental health ward. 

So now I had my medical discharge to deal with and I had an appointment with Dr M. Norman. I sat down in his room and the first thing I said was, "I'm going to whistle blow Sir!". Dr M. Norman then screwed up his face and looked angry, he grabbed an A4 clip board, from above his head and started to vigorously fill out the form on top. A few seconds passed; I asked Dr M. Norman "What are you doing Sir?" he replied "I'm admitting you to the mental health ward!". I said "That is a good idea Sir, I've lost 20Kg, I'm still vomiting's, and have the yellow  Diarrhea    I feel horrible, so how long will I be in there for Sir?", Dr M. Norman said "Till I deem you fit.", So I asked again "Come on Sir do you mean a few weeks or a couple of months?" Dr M. Norman said, "Till I deem that you are fit." I asked, "How long Sir do you mean like Kirby and Corporal Sir?", Dr M. Norman said nothing, so then I asked, "What if I keep my mouth shut and I don't say anything?" Dr M. Norman then shelved the A4 clip board away, and looked at me, his face changed instantly into a wicked smile and said, "I think that is a great idea, it's this toxic work environment that is making you sick and once you are out  of here you should be fine." So, we began my medical discharge. We got up to the part of permeant injuries, he was going to skip past it, I said "My left hip is degenerative I'll need that looked after in the future, you put that down there Sir." Dr M. Norman screwed his face up again, but he did the right thing. Then I asked him "Sir, I'm still taking Lexapro what should I do with that when I get out?", then Dr M. Norman said with sickly dupers delight smile(that's an emotional response of a psychopath by the way.) "Oh, just go off that cold Turkey and you'll be fine.". By this stage I didn't trust this man, so I looked up the drug myself latter at home, and low and behold you  are meant to wean off the Lexapro or you could have a psychological snap. So, turns out he was a real psycho arsehole. 

Then the next day I saw Dr M. Norman and I asked him, "Sir why did you join the ADF to be a civilian Dr for?", and Dr M. Norman said, "Now I'm worried about being sued, I did it as after 5 years the ADF will pay 50% of my Doctors insurance until I'm 88 years old." I turned around and walked straight off. I realized the ADF hiring policies were recruiting doctors and Nurses that were  incompetent, or compliant Yes men and women who want a benefit. A mixture for corruption for sure. 

My experience with Vaccines and a particular Flu Vaccine which was a gene therapy loaded with medical devices, derived from Nano technology and Quantum physics. 

Vaccines that are actually Gene therapies as MEDICAL DEVICES apart of the Super Soldier program Micro RFID Trackers in my Blood and Graphene crystal chips in my Brian. Liquid computing, Q-DOT,  and much more which will be included in the Science literature or patents at the end. It loads your body up with Nano heavy metals for “wet ware” applications be it radar detection or so-called biomedical device enhancements. 

Now about my experiences. My first ill experience was at Kapooka, on the 2nd day, the 3rd of January 2002, our Company lined up outside a building that was full of Medics, there were 4 rows lined up with 8 stations, one on either side of the four rows, with a walkway in the middle. There were 8 Medics one on each station, and a couple of medics behind each side busily drawing up vaccinations into syringes. Us recruits lined up and went through one by one. First row, one needle in the right arm, 3 needles in the left arm. Second row 3 needles in the right arm, 2 needles in the left arm. Third row one needle in each arm, then 2 needles in each thigh. Forth row 2 needles in each thigh again. The next day we got a similar vaccine treatment so many bloody needles, we also got evaluated for TB. A week later our Platoon found out an older Soldier in his 40's had a strong positive result for TB and was required to have an X-ray of his lungs. I also had a minor positive result for TB, but I was not required for an X-ray. We were the only two in the Platoon to have positive results. Then everyone else required a TB shot. I feel so lucky to have missed out on that one. 

I have copies of all my medical documents that were available to me at the time back in 2006 bar two reports one from Dr Chalk and another from N.S. Detering. The vaccination rendition above I tried to remember that by memory it was very traumatizing. Thing is my vaccination card does not reflect the number of vaccinations given at Kapooka, yet I remember many more, I trust my memory far more than the medical documentation. You see the United States Department of Defence has subcontractor pharmaceutical companies that do experiments on Australian ADF members, a requirement under their contract is they get to keep all the medical documentation, so men and women like me don't even know we have been experimented on. Traitor is a harsh word, it certainly belongs to our top brass including the politicians and bureaucrats, particularly the intelligence agencies who allow this to happen, to this very day. I know two real men from the other platoon in our company who could confirm my vaccination account, I know they're still alive, David Cleghorn and Efthimios Haritopoulos. 

Whilst I was at 131 STA BTY, and I had successfully applied for a Corps transfer, it was around this time that Corporal Hill offered me a voluntary Flu vaccination. I had initially refused the vaccine, then Corporal Hill used his charisma to convince me, he charmingly said "Termsy you're going to have to inject people with these vaccinations, so you should know what it's like to experience." I had to sign a blank consent form, which had no information on it, nor did Corporal Hill tell anything else about the shot other then it was a Flu Vaccine. To give you an idea on how compliant the men were at 131 STA BTY the only man to refuse the vaccine was my good Christian friend Gunner Efthimios Haritopoulos. Wisest choice you ever made Effy, cause literally you would have had the mark of the beast in your head, I will explain that latter, it's called Q-dot technology. 

After this so-called Flu vaccination, AMS Troop went on I think it was a 4-day exercise to Wide Bay training area, this is the first time I felt EMF radiation being directed on my body, for me it feels like prickly waves going over the surface of my skin.  At the time I had no idea where this discomfort was coming from. On return home it was a 3-day weekend, and I was very sick, never had a temperature run so high 40'C, I just thought it was a flu. The first night I woke up thinking I had urinated the bed I said, "Baby I'm sorry I think I wet the bed.". Turns out it was sweat, I had sweated so much, I wiped myself down with a towel, it was sopping wet, I got a second towel to wipe down my side of the bed, that towel ended up sopping wet too. Then I was still sweating profusely, so I lay a third towel on the bed to go to sleep on. Three nights in a row that happened. On the Tuesday I got up to go to work, because I was feeling better, until I looked in the mirror naked. My whole left torso up to my armpit had what looked like a huge psoriasis rash, the outer rash was raised 3mm and the bright red inner rash on top of where my spleen would be, was raised 5mm, it was not itchy. 

I went straight to Corporal Hill, when I showed him, he looked guilty and worried, he said, "Go straight to 2HSB and get checked out." So, I did. I presented at the 2HSB RAP, the nurse said to me, "Gunner Terms you're so lucky we actually have a GP who's a Tropical Skin specialist in today, just to see you.". I believe in fate not coincidences, this Dr Power who is also an  Orificer a Captain at the time, checked me out for a whole hour, which is really unusual, the routine is 15 minutes in and out get back to work. Dr Power prescribed me a tube of cortisone cream and he said, "It's probably Psoriasis.", and told me to come see him again tomorrow. I applied the cortisone straight away and one more time before I went to bed. The next morning the rash had gone, all that was left was a huge flaky skin patch, it looked like really horrible sunburn where the skin peels off. I saw Dr power, I said, "Look Sir it's gone.", Dr power instantly looked away from me to his computer screen, he looked concerned, I asked him "What is it Sir? Is it OK?", Dr power would not look me in the face, and he sheepishly said, "You had an autoimmune reaction.". Dr Power was then silent, so I asked him "Autoimmune reaction to what Sir?", Dr Power said "Oh just to the dust in the air.". I knew then that this so-called Doctor was lying to me. Now I know what it was, Radiation burns from EMF and radioactive Nano particles that were hyper excited by the EMF in the three litres of blood in my Spleen. It works on a concept of Quantum physics and Electromagnetic Frequencies. I have a formally accepted DVA claim of "Pain Disorder" essentially it means I'm hypersensitive to painful phenomena even EMF. Shame on you Mr Power for lying, you disgust me, you piece of shit for an excuse of a little weak-minded man. Just another yes man  Orificer, who knew they were fucking experimenting on me. Liar you have sinned. 

Another strange thing that happened whilst on exercise Tailsman Sabre of 2003, I was constantly feeling those prickly EMF waves over the top of my skin, I kept getting these strange rashes out bush, and all the diggers were making fun of me, cause it was like I was allergic to going out bush, and I never had that problem before. One thing I noticed though, I use to read a 1000-page book leisurely over a 12-month period, all of a sudden, I started reading 1000-page novels, out bush in my spare time at night, under a camo blanket with my torch, in two weeks. I had a mild form of dyslexia in primary school, I had to do all the special reading and spelling classes from year 1 to year 7, so I struggled and the Army never picked up on it, then out of nowhere out bush under huge stress it just disappeared and I still have this new reading skill to this day, in fact I have grown it far stronger. At the time I just thought my brain and mind had just matured. How wrong I was. This will make more sense when I explain the Nano technology at the end, the top brass call it "Wet wear.". Yuval Harrari of the WEF(World Economic Forum) calls it, "Surveillance under the skin.". Creepy huh, well that is because they're literally creeps who want to brain rape you, they should go to jail for that. They were brain raping me when I was reading my books at night, which is why I couldn't sleep, I was being poisoned by now Patented medical devices and EMF exposure. Sleeplessness is one of the many signs and symptoms, I also mentioned the rashes above. I also use to get rashes after flying from Brisbane to Perth or back, as the extra cosmic radiation, including the EMF from the communications on the plane and satellite transmissions, would set off the rashes on the left side of my torso every time. 

Now I'll tell you how I came to the realization I had micro-RFID chips floating around in my blood. I had discovered much corruption at 2nd Health Support Battalion, medicolegal fraud, medicolegal manslaughter, and with the cover up and now 18 years later I would upgrade that to class 2 murder. A Warrant Officer Class 2 from 2HSB gave it away to me, as he was too stupid and couldn't keep his mouth shut as he was dressing me down in front of my peers. Corporal Kidd made a false accusation that I had been insubordinate towards her, when in actual fact she had lied and used my words, but changed the tone, to make it sound like I was insubordinate, the only witness there refused to lie for her, so her little ruse failed. The WO2 tried the change your face trick, he also failed. WO2 had given away the fact the 2HSB hierarchy had a "pattern of life" on me. I thought how the hell are they tracking my where abouts off base in my spare time in civilian attire. I carry no mobile phone, use cash and had no RFID chips in my bank or credit card. So how did they track me? 

I was in 131 Surveillance Targeting and Acquisition  Battery for a very good reason.   

Thank Mr WO2 who I cannot remember his name because you mean nothing to me, if it wasn't for you, I never would have realized, and never would have flushed those satanic little bastards out of my system. 

So I knew things weren't right, I rang my Granddad, he picked up the phone "Hello Granddad.", Granddad replied "Oh, well hello me wee flower, how are you?"(we're Scottish Australian), I replied, "Not good, they are doing things to us Granddad I don't know what it is, and I know what you and Aunt Janet did, and I need some advice, I need to know where I can find cheap intelligence that won't get me into trouble?", Granddad replied "Oh well son you need to go check out the News Agency.". Then our conversation continued for half an hour about normal stuff, right at the end I asked, "Granddad are you bullshitting me about finding intelligence in the News Agency?", Granddad replied, "Och son go have a look at the magazine section, that is where the intel agencies hide stuff they want certain people to read, then get back to me.". Then we said our goodbyes. 

After 2 weeks of combing through the News Agency magazine section I found what I was looking for, "Military Technology" Magazines. This is how the Pharmaceutical Military Industrial complex advertise for the Scientists and Laboratory Technician boffins. After 3 months and 3 magazines I had everything that's in the public domain on Nano RFID technologies, including smart dust and 4-dimensional mapping and the ambitious super solider program. Then I knew all this technology worked on Quantum physics and Electro Magnetic Frequencies. Then it hit me I knew what Corporal Hill had put in me to a small degree, I knew of the micro-RFID chips in my blood, I had no idea what the synthetic chips in my Brian were for. All I knew is, I had to get that shit out of me one day, and I had to avoid EMF exposure. On medical discharge my wife and I bought a small category 3 steel shed house that had no mobile reception inside, it was low and intermittent outside, on a 30-acre hobby farm, thankfully that stopped me from getting the headaches. It is why I chose the property. 

My Health and Recovery 

Whistle in the Army over a 9-month period before I got out, I lost 20Kg of weight from having mysteriously lost my appetite, which accompanied daily multi vomiting, and diarrhea. Once out it took me 12 months of forced feeding myself, and then doing my best to hold the food down. By the 12 months mark I had gone from 69Kg to 72Kg in weight, the lack of appetite and vomiting feeling left me. Overall, it took  me 10 years to get back to 85Kg. 11 and 1/2 years of having a yellow diarrhea, immune compromised, sporadic vomiting and rashes going to the GP's having all the tests coming back saying there was nothing wrong with me, I finally had an epiphany. At the time I was seeing Dr Ung, he prescribed me a really potent anti-fungal medication for my rashes, which Dr Ung was hesitant to prescribe to me as it deforms and mutates your Sperm, I was desperate. At home hesitant to take these pills myself, I finally worked up the courage just to take one. In 15 minutes, I was in front of a mirror with my shirt off staring at my torso, wondering why all the autonomic pain in my gut and intestine had suddenly subsided and I was feeling better. So, I looked up the medication, turns out it was also a potent anti-parasitical, after two courses of this medication, I decided it was time to find something that didn't cause cellular mutations and heal myself, being the Allopathic system was of no help to me. 

I just want to give a few examples of my Immune compromised state, say if one of the children bought home the Flu, my wife and kids would take 3 days to get over it, it would take me 3 to 4 weeks. Same with vomiting and diarrhea, wife and kids would be over it in 24 hours, I would vomit for a week and have squirting diarrhea for 3 weeks or more. My poor wife can confirm this all for you, as you can imagine I have trust issues with doctors. 

So, I started to research, I found Naturopathic modalities including Parasitical cleanses, Dioxin cleanses and Heavy Metal cleanses. So, I made my own regime of that exact order Parasitical, Dioxin and heavy metal cleanses. These were all oral route natural medicines; the main Parasitical cleanse medicines were fresh organic crushed Black Walnut husk and an organic Wild Oregano oil from a Greek island(Note I don't recommend this as it's rather harsh). The only difference with the dioxin cleanse and heavy metal cleanse was changing out the guar gum for diatomaceous earth, it also included a chelating Hesperidin complex, vitamin c, colloidal minerals, N-Acetyl Cysteine and red foods as an alternative, and a very nutritious diet. After these cleanses the rashes the autonomic pain, and random vomiting subsided, the yellow diarrhea continued. 

I was formally diagnosed with Fructose Malabsorption by a Gastroenterologist specialist in Bundaberg. With all the vomiting over the years I had stripped a portion of the tips of the Villi from the start of my small intestine, these tips of the villi contain a nucleus which produces Fructase an enzyme that breaks down Fructose. This upset the biodome of bacteria and yeast in my bowls causing diarrhea whenever I ate food, too high in fructose sugar content, for example watermelon. I would have to go to the toilet after 15 minutes of consuming watermelon, I was that sick. Fortunately, a FODMAPS diet helped me identify this problem and a subsequent change to a Keto diet with intermittent fasting helped me tremendously, my discipline and patience paid off. 

Suggestion to the Royal Commission of ADF Suicides 

I request that 25th/49th RQR, Private Dylann Kirby the East Timor deployment of 2002 be specifically  investigated to the fullest extent of the law possible as it's been covered up for so long, it's what will break open the secrecy and gain discovery. It's been covered up there is no history of such deployment to be found anywhere on the internet, being it's been covered up there could possibly be no mention of these men in the Malaria Institute files that have been released publicly or on an individual basis, as I suspect the families of these men are none the wiser of what happened to their own sons, daughters, brothers and sisters. 

I request that a proper medicolegal investigation be held for the ADF personnel who suffer from acquired brain injury and Nano heavy metal particulate toxification.

Nano heavy metal particulates tend to accumulate in the organs including the nervous tissue, if persons were susceptible to adverse reaction to Mefloquine due to an unlucky set of alleles related to liver enzymes, it would only take 1 to 2 doses to permanently injure a person’s brain and liver, add Nano Heavy metal toxicity on top of that, is a recipe for disaster.

Some thoughts from an Ex-Medic on treatments 

Treatments could range from certified EDTA chelation therapy from qualified practitioners, to naturopathic treatments for instance parasitical cleanse, dioxin cleanse and heavy metal cleanse. Another interesting avenue could be the use of Nootropics, which have neuroprotective, neuro-regenerative properties particularly in the Hippocampus. Notably minerals such as copper supplementation help to increase the electrical activity of the brain and medicinal Cannabis increases the neuro regeneration of the neuro stem cells within the hippocampal structure of the brain.  This might not be a 100% cure, may give a better quality of life to those ADF members who have suffered for so long.

The first time I visualised Nanotechnology in the form of Micro structures under a microscope was in 2005 at 2HSB.
